This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between NazOm E-Commerce (hereinafter the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“)
and the user/customer (hereinafter the “Consumer,” “you,” or “your“).
By accessing or using our website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Account Obligations
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
2. Orders and Payments
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by NazOm E-Commerce. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities or errors in product information.
Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid payment information. NazOm E-Commerce does not store your full payment card details.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct. NazOm E-Commerce is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the Consumer.
Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide. While we aim to meet these timelines, shipping delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our direct control.
4. Returns and Refund Policy
NazOm E-Commerce offers the following refund windows based on product type:

Returns due to Defects, Damage, or Manufacturing Issues
The Customer may raise a Physical Products return request only if the product:
Has a clear manufacturing defect or functional malfunction.
Arrived damaged, scratched, or broken due to shipping.
Was delivered with missing parts or accessories.
To accept this request, the following conditions must be met:
Proof of Issue: The customer must provide clear photos or a video showing the defect or damage upon arrival (an unboxing video is highly recommended).
Technical Inspection: Once the item is returned, it will undergo a technical inspection. NazOm E-Commerce reserves the right to reject the refund if the inspection proves the defect was caused by customer misuse, incorrect voltage, or physical impact after delivery.
Process: To request a refund, contact us at support@nazom.co with your order number and reason for the request.
Approval: Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of NazOm E-Commere upon inspection of the returned physical goods (where applicable).
- Refund Process: The refund process begins once the returned product is agreed to match the terms of the return, and the refund is made within 14 days depending on the payment method used. Refunds will only be made through the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Eligibility For Digital Goods Refund: Refunds apply if NazOm E Commerce does not deliver the goods to the buyer at the shipping address/email/user dashboard. For digital/virtual products purchased, refunds are applicable if, for any reason due to NazOm E Commerce, do not deliver the requested product to the buyer or if the product is not valid.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NazOm E-Commerc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NazOm E-Commerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or system downtime—arising out of or in connection with our products, digital games, subscriptions, or the use of our website.
Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, NazOm E-Commerce total aggregate liability for any and all claims related to any purchase, subscription, or use of the website shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you to NazOm E-Commerce for the specific product, that gave rise to the claim. If no purchase was made, NazOm E-Commerce liability is zero ($0).
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms, products, or subscriptions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
8. Changes to Terms
NazOm E-Commerce reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
